Protection Policy

Protection for Each Package

Our goal is to provide clients with value and protection through our in-house Play Protection Program. All packages are covered under the following client protection structure:

• Primo Slate — If less than 2 out of 3 parlays hit, you’ll receive a free Primo Slate credit.

• Lock Pick — If the Lock Pick doesn’t hit, you’ll receive a free Lock Pick credit.

• Diamond Play — If the Diamond Play doesn’t hit, you’ll receive a free Lock Pick credit.

• Mob Parlay — If the Mob Parlay doesn’t hit, you’ll receive a free Lock Pick credit.

• Heist Parlay — If the Heist Parlay doesn’t hit, you’ll receive a free Lock Pick credit.

• Raid Parlay — If the Raid Parlay doesn’t hit, you’ll receive a free Lock Pick credit.
